$140 per night per suite* $125 per night per suite* $115 per night per suite*
Normal weekdays $95 per night per suite. *Rates shown are for either suite for 2 adults with a 2 night minimum stay. Additional adults rate is $20 per night per adult. Additional children (10 & under) is $10 per night per child. All rates are subject to change.

Gatherings & Tailgates

We have a large canopy that is available at the start of summer through the end of football season. It is ideal for parties and tailgating and can seat up to 50 people. Tables and chairs are available and rates are based on the size of your party. Have a smaller gathering? Why not cozy up around our quaint little fire pit for an evening chat. There is no charge for the use of the fire pit though we do ask that you follow all fire safety rules.

Check In/Out Times
Check-In Time: Afternoon and/or early evening.
Check-out time is ordinarily by 11:00AM, but we can accommodate later departures on certain days if requested.
(Those arriving in the late evening and/or at night should notify us of that possibility so that we can make arrangements for the late arrival.)

Breakfast

Guests can prepare their own continental breakfasts in their own due time. Both units have kitchens with refrigerators stocked with orange juice, coffee creamers, butter packs, jellies/jams, etc. In addition, English muffins, fresh fruit and coffee (for brewing) are provided in each unit. Should you desire to cook, there are pots and pans available next to the Colonel Barnhart suite on the first floor.

House Rules
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the building. Smoking is permitted on the decks outside the units as long as the doors are closed. We want all guests to have a great time while they are here. While we do not want to discourage parties or the use of alcoholic beverages, please be considerate of guests in the suite below (or above) you and refrain from loud talking, music, TV, etc. Parking is provided at the Neff Road entrance to the building.
