| A $100.00 security deposit will be required for each unit that is to be reserved at the time the reservation is made. This can be made by credit card. The deposit will be credited towards and deducted from your total charges upon check out. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. Our policy requires notification of cancellation no later than 14 days in advance of arrival in order to have your deposit refunded. Failure to give notification within 14 days will result in the loss of the security deposit. In addition, unless another guest reserves the room, the full charge will be applied. Lost or damaged items will be billed to your credit card and you will receive an itemized invoice for this by mail. If you need to cancel a reservations please call. |
